Collection: Pre-Roll Cones | 70mm, 84mm, 98mm, 109mm, Hemp Cones, & Cross Joints

The four sizes differ in length and how much they hold. All four use the same 26mm filter crutch, so the size number is the full cone length (a "109/26" cone is 109mm long with a 26mm filter).

Fill weights are typical for ground flower and change with grind and packing pressure.

70mm dogwalker: a short, single-session pre-roll. Good for samplers, multi-packs and lower price points.
84mm: a half-gram pre-roll, popular for multi-packs and value lines.
98mm: about three quarters of a gram, a step up for brands that want a full-feeling pre-roll without the king size price.
109mm king size: the full gram and the size most buyers expect for a single premium pre-roll. It also has the widest range of tubes, boxes and tins.

Pick your package at the same time. A 109mm pre-roll needs a 116mm tube, while 84mm and 98mm share the 95mm tube, so matching sizes up front saves a reorder.

Refined white: made from refined flax paper, often called rice paper. It has a clean white look that shows off printed labels and strain-colored crutches.
Unrefined brown: natural, unbleached paper made in France from FSC-certified sources. It has a darker, natural look that suits craft and eco-focused brands.
Hemp wrap blunt cones: a thicker 60 gsm hemp wrap in the 109mm size, for a slower, blunt-style pre-roll.

Quality paper: our white and brown cones use ultra-thin 14 gsm paper from European paper mills, FSC-certified and sustainably sourced, with a straight gum line for an even burn. They are tested for heavy metals, pesticides and microbials, and test documents are available on request for your compliance file.

Colored crutch cones: 109mm refined white cones with a printed crutch: hybrid green, indica purple, sativa red and infused black. The crutch tells staff and customers what is inside at a glance, even out of the tube.
24K gold leaf cones: 109mm cones finished in 24K gold leaf over a refined white paper base, for gift sets and top-shelf drops.
Cross joints: pre-formed 109mm x 80mm cross-shaped cones that hold about 3 grams, in refined white and unrefined brown, with or without black mylar bags.

By hand: grind evenly, fill the open end a little at a time, pack it down lightly with a packing stick, then twist the end closed. See our step-by-step hand-filling guide.
With a cartridge: load cones into a filling cartridge, pour ground flower over the top and let a vibration table settle it into every cone at once. We stock 70mm, 98mm and 109mm cartridges that hold 7, 19, 55, 121 or 315 cones, plus cartridge and vibration table sets.

Our stock cones have a straight gum line and a standard 26mm crutch, so they also run in common commercial filling machines. Use a digital scale to check fill weights on the first few cones of every batch.

Once your cones are filled and twisted, finish them with:

• Child-resistant doob tubes in 80mm, 95mm and 116mm
• 109mm 3-pack pre-roll boxes and 6-pack pre-roll tins
• Tamper-evident and strain labels for the tube cap
• State warning labels

Cones, tubes and labels can all go in one order.

What does 109/26 mean? The first number is the cone length in millimeters and the second is the filter crutch length. All of our stock white and brown cones use a 26mm crutch.

Are pre-roll cones and pre-rolled cones the same thing? Yes. Both names mean an empty, pre-formed paper cone with a filter, ready to fill.

Do pre-roll cones expire? No. Paper cones keep indefinitely if you store them flat, dry and out of direct sunlight in their original box.
