This master box holds sixteen 3.5g mylar bags, two ounces of packaged flower in one box. It has a black exterior with gold foil accents, so it works as a counter display at a shop or event as well as a clean way to store and ship finished bags. The bags are sold separately. + What Is a Master Box?
A master box is an outer box that groups smaller packages together. Instead of loose eighth bags rattling around a shipping box or a display shelf, sixteen bags sit together in one tidy unit that you can count, stack and hand off as a set.
Better presentation. The black and gold box makes a row of eighth bags look like a finished retail product.
Easier wholesale. Selling by the box (16 bags, 2oz) gives you and your buyer a simple unit to count, stack and reorder.
Less damage in transit. Bags packed together in a box are less likely to get crushed, punctured or creased than loose bags in a mailer.
Faster packing. Filling one box with sixteen bags is quicker than wrapping and counting bags one by one.
+ How to Pack It
1. Fill each bag with 3.5 grams, press out the extra air and close the zipper.
2. Heat seal the strip above the zipper so each bag is tamper-evident and smell-proof. The box holds the bags; it doesn't replace their seal.
3. Label each bag, then stand all sixteen in the box.
Sealing a lot of bags? A hand-held heat sealer or an automatic heat sealer gives faster, more even seals.
