+ What Fits in This Box?
The box is made for three 109mm king size pre-rolls, like the ones you roll with our 109mm king size pre-roll cones. A filled 109mm cone gets shorter once you pack it and twist the open end closed, and that finished pre-roll fits the box. If you roll with cones from another supplier, order a sample box first to check the fit.
+ How to Pack It
1. Fill and twist. Pack each cone and twist the open end closed.
2. Label the pre-rolls if you mark strain or batch on each one.
3. Load the box with three pre-rolls and close it fully.
4. Label the box with your warning label and weight.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
These are two different protections. Child-resistant means the package is built to be hard for small children to open, while adults can still open it. Tamper-evident means you can tell if it has been opened. This box is made as child-resistant pre-roll packaging. It is not tamper-evident on its own; for that, add a tamper-evident seal label across the opening.
Rules for cannabis and hemp packaging differ from state to state. Always check your state's current requirements before you go to market. Questions? Call or text Zack at 843-457-0226.
+ Complete the Setup
The design is already printed on the box. Most brands finish it with:
• Your state's warning labels
• Pre-roll strain labels
• Weight labels for the total in the box
• Our 109mm king size pre-roll cones to fill
To ship or display boxes in bulk, add a master case that holds 24 pre-roll boxes. Order the boxes, cones and labels together and everything ships in one box.
+ FAQ
How many pre-rolls fit?
Three 109mm king size pre-rolls, once the open end of each is twisted closed.
Are these boxes child-resistant?
Yes. They're made as child-resistant pre-roll packaging. Packaging rules differ by state, so check your state's current requirements before you go to market.
Are they tamper-evident?
Not on their own. Add a tamper-evident seal label across the opening so buyers can see the box has not been opened.
Are cones included?
No. The boxes are sold on their own. Our 109mm king size pre-roll cones fit them.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Order the single sample box and test it with your pre-rolls before you buy a full pack.
+ Why Choose Creative Labz?
Our designs are made in-house. Every pre-roll box design we sell, including MOON BOUND, is created by our own team and finished with gold foil. You won't find these on overseas bulk marketplaces.
Not marketplace knockoffs. Cheap pre-roll boxes online are known for flimsy board, sizes that don't fit a filled king size cone and child-resistant claims with nothing behind them. A box that crushes or won't close makes a good pre-roll look cheap.
A real shop with real people. We're a packaging shop in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, supplying brands across the country since 2019. Every order ships from our own shop, not an overseas warehouse. Questions about a design, fit or a big order? Call or text us at 843-457-0226 and you'll talk to someone who knows the product.
Everything in one order. Boxes, cones, strain labels and master cases all ship together, so you're not waiting on three suppliers. Browse every design on our doob tubes and pre-roll boxes page.
