+ What Fits in This Jar?
This jar holds up to 60 size 00 gel capsules. It also fits a 3.5g shroom eighth of dried mushrooms if you sell whole. Plastic is lighter and holds more capsules; our glass microdose jars feel more premium on the shelf.
+ How to Fill and Seal
1. Dry first. Make sure your mushrooms are fully dried, since trapped moisture is what leads to mold.
2. Fill your capsules. A capsule filling tray makes quick work of a full batch of size 00 gel capsules.
3. Count them in. Add up to 60 capsules and keep the rim clean so the cap seals fully.
4. Close it until the child-resistant cap locks.
5. Seal and label. Add a clear shrink band for tamper evidence, then your strain and warning labels.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
This jar is child-resistant: the cap is built to be hard for small children to open, while adults can still open it. On its own it is not tamper-evident, because nothing shows whether it has been opened. To add that, use a clear shrink band.
