This plain black paper envelope is a simple, low-cost way to package shatter and other concentrates. It measures 2.25" x 3.25", seals with an adhesive flap and has no printing, so your label or sticker is the brand. + What Goes in This Envelope?
The envelope is sized for a single portion of shatter, wax or other slab-style concentrate. The paper is not non-stick, so wrap the concentrate in parchment or a non-stick sheet first, then slide it in. For sauces, badder and other soft extracts, a glass concentrate jar is the better fit.
+ How to Fill and Seal
1. Wrap it. Fold the concentrate into a piece of parchment.
2. Fill. Slide the wrapped portion into the envelope.
3. Seal. Close the flap and press the adhesive down firmly.
4. Label. Add your strain, weight and warning labels and your logo sticker.
Store finished envelopes somewhere cool so the concentrate stays firm.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
Child-resistant means a package is built to be hard for small children to open. Tamper-evident means you can tell if it has been opened. This envelope is not child-resistant. The adhesive flap tears the envelope when it's opened, but for clear tamper evidence add a tamper-evident seal label across the flap. If your state requires child-resistant packaging, place the envelope inside child-resistant outer packaging.
