DON'T FORGET THE STRAIN LABELING!
This 98mm pre-roll cone is made from unrefined brown paper, unbleached and made in France from FSC-certified sources. It holds about 0.75 grams, has a 26mm filter crutch, and comes in packs of 30 cones up to a full case of 800.
+ Elevate Your Pre-Roll Brand with Premium 98mm Cones
The cone is the one part of your packaging your customer actually smokes. Ultra-thin unrefined brown paper burns slow and even and adds almost no taste of its own, so the flavor of your flower comes through. Every cone is rolled to the same size and shape, so a full batch of pre-rolls looks uniform on the shelf.
The 98mm pre-roll cone is a three-quarter gram size between the half gram and the king size.
+ Specifications & Features
[98MM]
98mm long (98/26). Holds about 0.75 grams of ground flower.
[DIMENSIONS]
11.8mm wide at the open end, tapering to 5.6mm at the filter tip.
[QUALITY PAPER]
Ultra-thin unrefined brown paper (14 gsm), unbleached, from European paper mills, FSC-certified and sustainably sourced.
[STRAIGHT GUM LINE]
A straight glue seam uses less paper and helps the cone burn evenly instead of running down one side.
[26MM PAPER FILTER]
A white 26mm conical paper crutch keeps the draw open and the end firm.
[TESTED]
Tested for heavy metals, pesticides and microbials. Test documents are available on request for your compliance file.
[MACHINE READY]
Rolled to industry-standard sizes, so they work in standard knockboxes, filling cartridges and cone filling machines.
[PACK SIZES]
30, 50, 100, 200 or 500 cones, 1 case (800) or 6 cases (4,800).
+ Refined White or Unrefined Brown?
Unrefined brown paper skips the whitening step, so it keeps a natural tan color and texture that suits craft and eco-focused brands.

+ How to Fill It
By hand: grind evenly, fill the open end a little at a time, pack lightly with a packing stick, then twist the end closed. Our hand-filling guide walks through it step by step.
With a cartridge: for volume, load cones into our 98mm filling cartridges (7, 19, 55, 121 or 315 cones at a time) and settle them on a vibration table.
The straight gum line and standard 26mm crutch also run in common commercial filling machines. Weigh the first few cones of each batch to lock in your fill weight.
+ Complete the Setup
Once your 98mm pre-rolls are filled and twisted, they fit:
• Our child-resistant 95mm doob tubes
• Tamper-evident and strain labels and your state's warning labels
Everything ships together in one order.
+ Why Choose Creative Labz?
Quality paper you can document. Our cones use ultra-thin paper from European mills, tested for heavy metals, pesticides and microbials, with documents available when your state or a retail buyer asks for them.
Not bargain-bin cones. Cheap cones are made from thick, low-grade paper with uneven seams that canoe, run and leave a papery taste. A bad burn makes good flower look bad, and your customer blames your brand, not the cone.
