The tube body is 115mm long with a 12.5mm opening, so it's made for slim, king-size-length pre-rolls and cones. Measure your finished pre-roll before you order: it needs to be shorter than the tube and narrow enough to pass through the 12.5mm opening. + Packing Tips
1. Finish the pre-roll. Twist or fold the tip closed.
2. Slide it in gently. Glass is rigid, so don't force a pre-roll that's too wide.
3. Twist the cap on until it stops; a fully closed cap is what makes it child-resistant.
4. Seal and label. Add a tamper-evident label across the cap, then your strain and warning labels.
Glass can break if dropped, so ship filled tubes in a padded box or master case.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
This tube is child-resistant: the twist cap is built to be hard for small children to open, while adults can still open it. On its own it is not tamper-evident, because nothing shows whether it has been opened. To add that, put a tamper-evident label across the cap.
Rules for cannabis and hemp packaging differ from state to state. Because this tube is see-through, it won't meet rules in states that require opaque packaging; for those, choose a black or white tube.
