The kit includes a cartridge, riser, and tamping tool, providing everything needed to support controlled material compression and consistent fill density throughout the loading process.

Filling Machine Cartridge (Manual Use):

Set the riser aside.

Place empty cones into the cartridge openings.

Add ground botanical material to the top of the cartridge.

Use the included tamping tool during operation to support even distribution and density near the crutch area.

Stop filling slightly below the top to allow room for finishing.

Place the riser beneath the cartridge.

Set the cartridge onto the riser to raise the cones for easy removal.

Remove cones and finish as required for packaging.

Place the vibration table on the stabilization mat.

Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord.

Plug the extension cord into a standard power outlet.

Place the cartridge on the vibration table; set the riser aside.

Insert empty cones into the cartridge openings.

Turn on the vibration table using the extension cord switch.

Add ground botanical material to the cartridge; vibration assists material flow into cones.

Use the tamping tool during operation to support uniform density, especially near the crutch.

Once cones are nearly full, turn off the vibration table.

Place the riser on the vibration table and set the cartridge on top.
