Every Starter Kit includes a complete cone-filling system designed to support efficient, repeatable pre-roll cone preparation within packaging and fulfillment workflows. Each kit comes standard with one full cartridge setup, including the filling cartridge, riser, and tamping tool, all engineered to work together for consistent material compression during operation.

To further improve efficiency, the Starter Kit also includes a universal vibration table, allowing material to settle evenly into cones with minimal manual effort.

+ How to Use the Filling Machine Cartridge

1. Set the riser aside.

2. Insert empty cones into the cartridge openings.

3. Add ground botanical material to the top of the cartridge.

4. Use the included tamping tool during operation to support even distribution.
   Note: Firm tamping early in the process helps achieve consistent density near the crutch.

5. Stop filling slightly below the top to allow room for finishing.

6. Place the riser underneath the cartridge.

7. Set the cartridge on top of the riser to raise the cones for easy access.

8. Remove cones and finish as required for packaging.

+ Cleaning & Care

To maintain performance and extend product life:

• Clean with warm water up to 130°F

• Do not use a dishwasher, as excessive heat may cause warping

• For residue removal, use an isopropyl alcohol and salt mixture

• Avoid exposure to temperatures above 130°F

• Do not leave outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods

1. Place the vibration table on the stabilization mat.

2. Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord.

3. Plug the extension cord into a power outlet.

4. Set the cartridge on the vibration table and set the riser aside.

5. Insert empty cones into the cartridge openings.

6. Turn on the vibration table using the switch on the extension cord.

7. Add ground botanical material to the top of the cartridge; vibration will help settle material into the cones.

8. Use the tamping tool during operation to support even compression.
   Note: Firm tamping early in the process helps achieve consistent density near the crutch.

9. Once cones are nearly full (leave space for finishing), turn off the vibration table.

10. Place the riser beneath the cartridge on the vibration table.

11. Set the cartridge on top of the riser to raise the cones.

12. Remove cones and finish as required for packaging.
