1. Melt and temper your chocolate.
2. Fill the mold to the top and tap it on the counter to release air bubbles.
3. Chill until the bar is fully set, then turn it out.
4. Wrap it in foil and slide it into the box.
Mix any infusion evenly through the chocolate before you pour, so every bar is consistent. Always follow your state's per-package limits.
