Fill in the fields on this page (strain, strength, weight, pack date, batch UID # and barcode #) and we print every label in the pack with what you enter. + Elevate Your Brand with Printed Strain Labels
A printed label looks finished in a way a handwritten sticker never does. Your mushroom strain, strength and batch details print clean and easy to read, and the barcode # field puts your own number on every package, so your products look like a real brand on the shelf.

+ How to Order and Apply
1. Fill in your details. Enter each field on this page before you add the pack to your cart.
2. Pick your pack size and add it to your cart. Repeat for each strain.
3. Apply. Peel each label and press it onto a clean, dry surface, smoothing from the center out so the edges lie flat.
+ Labels and Compliance
A label on its own doesn't make a package child-resistant or tamper-evident. For tamper evidence, add one of our tamper-evident labels across the seal or cap. Add magic mushroom warning labels so buyers know what's inside.
Labeling rules differ from state to state, including what has to be printed on the package. Always check your state's current requirements before you go to market. Questions? Call or text Zack at 843-457-0226.
+ Complete the Setup
Most brands pair these labels with:
• Weight labels
• Your state's warning labels
• Tamper-evident labels for the seal
• Magic mushroom warning labels
Order your labels with your packaging and everything ships in one box.
+ FAQ
What prints on the label?
The details you enter on this page: strain, strength, weight, pack date, batch UID # and barcode #.
Can I order labels for more than one strain?
Yes. Each pack prints with one set of details, so add a separate pack for each one.
What size are they?
.75" x 2.25", sized for magic mushroom bags and jars.
Are these tamper-evident?
No. These are product labels. Use our tamper-evident labels across the seal for tamper evidence.
+ Why Choose Creative Labz?
Printed to order. Every pack is printed with the details you enter, so there's no hand-writing labels or fighting with your own printer.
Not marketplace knockoffs. The cheap labels you see online are known for print that smudges, adhesive that lets go and sizes that don't fit the package they're sold for. A label that peels off is a problem for you and for your customer.

Questions about a design, fit or a big order? Call or text us at 843-457-0226 and you'll talk to someone who knows the product.
Everything in one order. Packaging, strain labels, weight labels and tamper-evident labels all ship together, so you're not waiting on three suppliers. Browse more on our magic mushroom labels page.
