+ How to Fill and Seal
1. Fill. Weigh your product and drop it in. Keep the rim and threads clean so the cap seals fully.
2. Twist the cap on until it's fully closed; a fully closed cap is what makes it child-resistant and airtight.
3. Seal and label. Add a tamper-evident seal label across the cap, a clear shrink band or a tamper-evident inliner, then your strain, weight and warning labels.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
This jar is child-resistant: the cap is built to be hard for small children to open, while adults can still open it. On its own it is not tamper-evident, because nothing shows whether it has been opened. To add that, use a tamper-evident seal label across the cap, a clear shrink band or a tamper-evident inliner.
Rules for cannabis and hemp packaging differ from state to state. Because this jar is clear, it won't meet rules in states that require packaging you can't see through; choose a black jar for those.
