+ What Fits in a 28g Bag?
This size is made for an ounce of flower, with room above the zipper for a clean heat seal. For eighths, see our 3.5g mylar bags; for a full pound, our 448g mylar bags.
+ How to Fill and Seal
Fill with 28 grams, press out the extra air and close the zipper all the way across. Then heat seal the strip above the zipper with an impulse sealer or a flat iron on high: one pass, hold two to three seconds, and let it cool. Sealing a lot of bags? A hand-held heat sealer or an automatic heat sealer gives faster, more even seals.
Your customer tears the top at the notch to open it. After that, the resealable zipper keeps it closed between uses.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
This bag is tamper-evident: once the heat seal at the top is torn, you can tell it's been opened. It has a standard resealable zipper, so it is not child-resistant.
