Every Starter Kit comes complete with a full cartridge system, providing everything needed to support efficient and consistent pre-roll cone filling operations. Each kit includes a filling cartridge, riser, and tamping tool, designed to assist with material distribution and compression during use.

Our universal vibration table is equipped with an industrial-quality vibrating unit that has been specifically configured to evenly and efficiently distribute material during the filling process. Each vibration device is CNC-machined from high-quality stainless steel, then hand-configured and quality-control tested to ensure long-term reliability and consistent performance.

+ How to Use the Filling Machine Cartridge
(Operational Overview)

Set the riser aside.

Insert empty cones into the cartridge openings.

Add ground botanical material to the top of the cartridge.

Use the included tamping tool during operation to support even distribution.
Note: Firm tamping early in the process helps achieve consistent density near the crutch. -
Stop filling slightly below the top to allow room for finishing.

Place the riser underneath the cartridge.

Set the cartridge on top of the riser to raise the cones for easy access.

Remove cones and finish as required for packaging.

Place the vibration table on the stabilization mat.

Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord.

Plug the extension cord into a power outlet.

Place the cartridge on the vibration table and set the riser aside.

Insert empty cones into the cartridge.

Turn on the vibration table using the power switch.
-
Add material to the top of the cartridge; vibration will assist with even distribution.

Use the tamping tool during operation to support consistent packing.

Once cones are nearly full, turn off the vibration table.

Place the riser underneath the cartridge on the vibration table.

Set the cartridge on top of the riser to raise the cones.

Remove cones and finish as required.
+ Cleaning & Care
To maintain performance and extend product lifespan:

Clean with warm water up to 130°F
-
Do not use a dishwasher, as excessive heat may cause warping
-
For residue removal, use an isopropyl alcohol and salt mixture
-
Avoid exposure to temperatures above 130°F
-
Do not leave outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods
