Every Starter Kit comes complete with a full cartridge-based filling system designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and material control during cone-filling operations. This all-in-one setup is ideal for small batch production, scaling workflows, or improving accuracy in existing processes.

Each kit includes a filling cartridge, riser, and tamping tool to support controlled compression and uniform packing during operation.

+ HOW TO USE THE FILLING MACHINE CARTRIDGE

1. Set the riser aside.

2. Insert cones into the cartridge openings.

3. Add ground material to the top of the cartridge.

4. Use the included tamping tool to pack material during operation.
   Note: Firm tamping early in the process helps create a tight, uniform pack near the crutch.

5. Once cones are nearly full (leave space at the tip), proceed to removal.

6. Place the riser beneath the cartridge.

7. Set the cartridge onto the riser so cones are raised and accessible.

8. Remove each cone and finish as needed.

+ HOW TO USE THE FILLING MACHINE STARTER KIT

1. Place the vibration table on the stabilization mat.

2. Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord.

3. Plug the extension cord into a power outlet.

4. Place the cartridge on the vibration table and set the riser aside.

5. Insert cones into the cartridge openings.

6. Turn on the vibration table using the switch.

7. Add material to the top of the cartridge; vibration will distribute material into the cones.

8. Use the tamping tool during operation to maintain consistent packing.

9. Once cones are nearly full, turn off the vibration table.

10. Place the riser beneath the cartridge and lower the cartridge onto it.

11. Remove cones and finish as needed.

+ CLEANING & CARE

• Clean with warm water up to 130°F (54°C)

• Do not place in a dishwasher — prolonged heat exposure may cause warping

• For deeper cleaning, use an isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) and salt mixture to remove residue

Care Notes:

• Do not expose to temperatures above 130°F

• Do not leave outdoors or in direct sunlight
