109mm King Pre-Roll Cone Filling Machine Cartridge | Fills 55 Cones
Pre-roll cone filling cartridges are a practical and efficient solution for filling cone-style paper products during small-batch or scaled production workflows. Available in multiple sizes, these cartridges are designed to work with finely ground plant-based material and support fast, repeatable filling operations.
+ Speed & Production Efficiency
Manual cone filling can be slow and inconsistent. Filling cartridges allow multiple cones to be filled at the same time, significantly reducing handling time and improving overall throughput.
+ Consistent Fill Levels
The cartridge design helps achieve uniform fill depth across all cones, supporting consistent weight distribution and reliable results from cone to cone.
+ Reduced Material Waste
Controlled filling allows operators to dial in precise fill volumes, minimizing excess material loss and improving efficiency—especially useful for small runs or test batches.
+ Compact & Portable Design
Filling cartridges are lightweight and easy to transport, making them suitable for shared workspaces, mobile setups, or temporary production environments.
+ Simple Operation
Designed for ease of use with minimal setup, filling cartridges integrate seamlessly into manual or assisted workflows.
+ HOW TO USE THIS FILLING MACHINE CARTRIDGE
-
Set the riser aside.
-
Insert cones into the cartridge openings.
-
Add material to the top of the cartridge.
-
Use the included tamping tool during operation.
Note: Firm tamping early in the process helps create a tight, uniform pack near the crutch area. -
Once cones are nearly full (leave space at the tip), proceed to removal.
-
Place the riser beneath the cartridge.
-
Lower the cartridge onto the riser so cones are raised and accessible.
-
Remove each cone and finish as needed.
+ CLEANING & CARE
-
Clean using warm water up to 130°F (54°C)
-
Do not use a dishwasher, as prolonged heat exposure may cause warping
-
For residue removal, use an isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) and salt mixture
Care Notes:
-
Do not expose to temperatures above 130°F
-
Do not leave outdoors or in direct sunlight
