+ How to Fill and Seal
1. Fill. Slide your disposable in. Keep the zipper track clean, since crumbs in the track can stop it from closing fully.
2. Zip. Press the zipper closed from one end to the other.
3. Heat seal. Seal straight across the top, above the zipper and below the tear notch, with a hand-held mylar bag sealer. A flat iron works in a pinch.
4. Check it. Give the seal a light tug. A good seal is flat and even, with no gaps.
Your customer tears the top at the notch to open it. After that, the resealable zipper keeps it closed between uses.
+ Tamper-Evident, Not Child-Resistant
This bag is tamper-evident: once the heat seal at the top is torn, you can tell it's been opened. It has a standard resealable zipper, so it is not child-resistant. If your state requires child-resistant packaging, choose one of our bags with "Child Resistant" in the name, or place this bag inside a child-resistant container.

Are these white disposable vape mylar bags smell proof?
Yes, once the zipper is closed and the top is heat sealed. The multi-layer mylar blocks light, air and odor, so the product stays fresh and discreet in storage and shipping.
Are these bags child-resistant?
No. This bag is resealable and tamper-evident once heat sealed, but the zipper is not child-resistant. If your state requires child-resistant packaging, see the child-resistant styles on our blank disposable vape packaging page.
Do I have to heat seal them?
The zipper closes on its own, but the heat seal is what makes the bag tamper-evident, and many states require tamper-evident packaging for retail cannabis and hemp products. A hand-held heat sealer does it in a few seconds per bag.
