+ What Fits in This Box?
The box is sized for a standard 5mL or 7mL concentrate jar, including our 5mL and 7mL glass jars. A 7mL jar holds about 1 to 2 grams, so the box works for single-gram and two-gram retail units.
+ How to Pack It
1. Fill the jar. Add your concentrate and keep the rim clean so the liner seals fully.
2. Close it. Press the child-resistant cap down until it locks.
3. Seal it. Add a tamper-evident seal label across the cap or a clear shrink band if you need tamper evidence.
4. Box and label. Slide the jar into the box, close the flaps and add your strain and warning labels.
+ Child-Resistant vs. Tamper-Evident
Child-resistant means a package is built to be hard for small children to open. Tamper-evident means you can tell if it has been opened. This box is neither: it's outer packaging. All the jars we sell for it, including our 5mL and 7mL glass jars, have child-resistant caps. For tamper evidence, seal the jar with a tamper-evident seal label or clear shrink band.
