Is There A Minimum Order?

When you are buying the items on our site, there is no minimum order. For our custom orders, we do have a minimum order requirements that vary depending on the project.

For example, if you registered a custom order for our Mylar bags, we'd require you to purchase a minimum of 10,000 bags. But for our strain labels, we'd ask you to commit to at least 25 labels.

How Does Ordering Custom Work?

When you reach out for a custom need for our dispensary packaging items, we engage you in an extensive dialog to get your preferences. After, we'll email you the minimum order for your desired item. If that works for you, we then handle the pricing.

When both parties eventually settle on the right price, we'd require you to make a commitment to us in the form of a 50% down payment. And once we fulfill your order, just before shipping, you will settle the remaining 50%.

What Is The Return Policy?

For starters, we doubt if you'd ever return our products unless there was some communication gap. If that happens, then know that we only take back unused and unopened items. These must be made within a 30day window. We recommend reaching out immediately for any issues that would require a return.

For damages, we can either refund or replace your items. However, note that our return policy does not cover non-refundable processing fees.
